Description
So, I did a thing. I've been trying to deviate from MLP a little bit...and licensed characters/licensed fabric in general. Since I will be closing custom ponies/OCs for next semester, I decided that I needed some new stock in my shop on etsy to at least attempt to keep it afloat when I'm in school.
Per Usual:
7" long from foot to foot
Body and claws made from Shannon Cuddle 3 Minky
Feet and tummy accented with heavy shirting flannel
Stuffed with polyester fiberfill and weighted with polyester beads
Embroidered with Rayon thread
Made in a pet/smoke free environment
Made from all new materials
Comments:
I made way too many prototypes for this little dude...*le sigh*. I was making a larger/medium sized sloth with 3" long faux fur (she'll be in my shop within the next few weeks...hopefully) and I decided to stop after doing the facial embroidery and to make a small one instead to test my pattern. Really glad I did, the first body was way to skinny for a sloth babbu. The original pattern tests were all brown (and really cute), but I decided that I wanted flannel accents (something I've been wanted to do for a while as well as making an entire line of animal based pocket plushes) and this gray/orange/black flannel was all I had on hand (I bought it for a dress that I never had time to make), alas, the Halloween sloth was born.
I'm on nights at work this week, so I cuddle tested this dude when taking a four hour nap. He totally passed

Since I am using prints on their bellies, every sloth will be a little different based on where I pull fabric form the print.
